Nah not really. I wear a suit jacket outside of the office, and you'd have to get really really close I think to notice anything. I'm one of those people that don't smell like BO.

Agreed. I wish more companies would hire dieticians, for example, and have idols consult them instead of foolishly making their own diets, especially not extreme ones.
Absolutely - one of my biggest hates within the kpop world. I hear/read stuff like idols on ridiculous diets - like only ice, or a glass of soymilk a day or whatever and it's disgusting.

I'm glad opinions towards them seem to be softening a little bit. All the MY's on here are great, so I hope they come around soon and see that for themselves.
Let's hope so. At least until the next Aespa comeback that has crazy success then we can all go back to being arrogant pricks as a fandom.

These are all great thing for SM to do, and I hope they hire you, or at least someone who would actually implement these.
Honestly, most companies need to put some focus on these things.

Haha, it can't helped I guess. MYs obviously hurt some feelings in the past so those of us left are getting the comeuppance.
That said, I've definitely seen a change in attitudes towards MYs recently, to the point where even some Midzys have been sticking up for us lmao.
Interestingly enough it's only on the anonymous polls or anons that MY are really copping lashings.

I play Dota2, but it's not as aesthetic as LoL.

Some kind of division head or director, primarily focusing on improving artist and staff support. Things like;- Health planning - no bad dieting, healthy meal planning, fitness regimes, workload/schedule balance
- Mental health support
- Ongoing training and education
- Workplace culture
- Maintaining ground support networks for travelling gigs and ensuring consistent operational delivery of services like Security, catering etc.
Really, just building a strong and sustained operation that will enable the artists and staff to perform at their best always.
