Pre-2020, BP's Korean charting was nothing revolutionary compared to your average big 3 girl group: what really set them apart was their Western charting, YouTube performance, and each member's individual global stardom. BP were charting on Bubbling Under at 8 months old, no current groups show that kind of potential in the west even with how globalized kpop has become since 2017

BP will eventually be replaced as the #1 gg, but I doubt they will be surpassed in the sense that anyone will out-do their achievements and peak, particularly internationally
