It is of note that your corneas actually derive an oxygen supply directly from the air. having contact lenses will suffocate them. Its not catastrophic though, as long as you don't wear eye contacts constantly (aka don't wear them to sleep but I bet none of you do)
Your eye doctor will tell you if you're getting blood vessel growth that impinges on your iris though (the result of oxygen starvation).
Also, today's contact lenses are easily 5X+ more oxygen permeable than a couple decades ago.
It's in CoD I discovered I had multiple fathers, some of them were even younger than me !
Did you also father many children?
I'm just happy that hearing Korean language is becoming normalized in America.

The elusive blue M&M living his best life
Or just stomping mad that the song isn't about him...it's about the even more elusive purple M&M.
You guys are thinking too small.
What if it were the *surprise* 2nd half of the album?
(I'm not invested enough in Exo to get my hopes up for something like that though)
One is for summer days, the other for summer nights.
The more important question:
Who would survive better in an apocalyptic post-nuclear war world?
You mean you've never experienced your parents living vicariously through you?
It's very similar.
Might as well do Glee for an all girls high school while they're at it.
It's rebelling against its treatment during Kingdom: Legendary War.
I think this is a weird year in general for k-pop. By making forays into other markets (i.e. the US) in this weird time, some of the songs are turning out a little more basic than is the norm for SM.
You could say the same thing for BTS too with Butter and Dynamite. The sound changed quite a bit from their earlier days.
Blackpink with Ice Cream. I don't think American songwriters are giving k-pop their best stuff and perhaps it's because they're used to writing for one voice rather than a group of voices. Also, I am really unimpressed by the lyrics that are being written for BTS and BP.
I'm pretty happy w/ Exo DFTF because it's such a feel good song--it's very appropriate for this particular summer.
On the other, I think you could say that advances were made in shooting MVs, putting on virtual concerts, and the continuation of interesting choreo.
I'm still hoping for a totally new sound to emerge from k-pop. Say what you want about SM, but they do the most experimentation out of the big companies.
Let's give it a year.
Display MoreSorry but Chen's high note in obsession is a D5 witch is the same as DIO in growl
And this song don't need long big high notes, it will be too dramatic for an happy song
Power doesn't have the usual high note, so no they didn't cut it
So DIO is a vocal king, the textbook example of how to do runs and resonant belts
Noted.
But, I'm not talking about long, high notes...rather the unusual high harmony sequences that Exo is uniquely good at. I looked at Power (because I'm a casual kpop observer) and it doesn't have an unusual high harmony either. I think (besides the mildly wacky MV and newfound understanding of how a kitten granted them their powers) the interesting harmonies is what I really like about what Exo uniquely can do.
Other thoughts. Sehun is pretty good at rap-sing...this is probably a style of rap that Exo can do better than BTS.
*NCT has entered the chat*
Kpop fans must be the most well rested people in the whole world.
I like both, but I have to say: they both sound very American.
