The song is not underrated. It's doing better than all their title tracks. Probably only on AKP it is underrated because of the prevalence of success stans here.
It just feels pretty low that MV have only 1.1M likes while their older songs may have closer to 4M

Well, music taste is subjective, so we can not really say which song is good or bad, but we can talk about financial point of views about it.

I think I'm not understanding your point or maybe you didn't understand my question. I want to know what defines a song to be good and what defines it being mid. For us to understand the purpose of an agency's move on that matter, we have to at least have an objective perception of how to identify both.
It is not generally what is good or bad song, but how much company is willingly budget to the song and comeback in general.
