That photocard doesn't explain decrease in red velvet and stray kids sales tho. It's obvious cbars bought less albums than usual.

Pollute. That's not a joke it's the genuine answer. China's bars buy for no other reason to pump sales numbers.
Most of the China bar sales are non ship backs. Which means they are never shipped over. They save the money on shipping for more albums. They claim the 'donate' them but this is a straight up lie. Pannchoa and Netizen buzz have translated several articles about cafe and shop owner cursing out fansites for dumping thousands of unwanted albums on them as 'donations' but really just leaving them with their unwanted garbage.
People claim it's for fan meet entries or photo cards, but this is a lie. The majority never actually get shipped to China. They buy hundreds of thousands through bars to get the albums at the lowest bottom dollar price.
Pollute and waste money on product they will never receive. and for what? So they could brag about number sales?
They said it donations? Donations to whom?
