1) Their company was in the Kakao circle-- scheming with various K-media online and offline outlets to denigrate other Kpop companies and the members of other Kpop companies that were not in their circle, etc etc.
2) Get awarded for middling quality in work, and not just weekly music awards but daesang awards (Not that I personally put too much stock on any award). "Love Dive" winning for various Song of the Year awards is bit much. So many are allowed to feel skeptical. (At least "Signal" by Twice didn't win this many Song of the Year awards, it knows its place and didn't overplay its hand, and only "pay" one or two patrons.)
3) The pre-debut pictures of various members were a genius piece of advertising, and many "fans" in K-pop bought it tooth-and-nail; and now they're lashing out because buyer's remorse has now turned to resentment because they now perceive that as false advertising.
ok, the first point is stupid, and I don't even know what you are trying to say on the third point.
to the second point,
"I find the song mid so it shouldn't receive an award." This narrative need to stop, you are not the center of the world and no one care about your opinion.

I'm disagree with what you said about IVE.
"IVE is a hit or miss".
Well they haven't miss so far.
All of their song charted very well. After LIKE may not have the longevity like Love Dive, but nowhere a miss.

I'm honestly tired of the narrative of IVE will suffer if Wonyoung lost popularity. Yujin's popularity is increasing after Earth Arcade. IVE already built their name as IVE and not Wonyoung + friends that people want to believe

I find it so funny how Wonyoung lipsync make it into a national news.
It is not new, many people did it in 4th gens. In fact, IVE sing live many times.
