I have to go back to work tomorrow and I don't even know what time we are supposed to go in. I swear, if this lady emails us at effing 2AM like last time, I'm gonna flip. Cause she woke me up last time and for what? The Christmas dress up calendar. Like, PLEASE MA'AM. I already don't wanna go to work, don't make it worse by waking me up with a work email. Ugh.

Today because of worsening anxiety due to the pandemic (and the risk at work) and the fear of falling ill or having my family members fall ill. Yes, I overthink but I mean...it's hard not to.

From Disney Channel it would be:
Corbin Bleu - Push It To The Limit (Official Video) - YouTube
And from a Disney movie it would be:
Mulan - Mi Chica es La Razón (Español Latino) HD - YouTube
In Spanish because I've only ever watched these movies in Spanish and the English versions sound weird to me.

Absolutely. I changed my mind about what to major in in college all through high school - went from wanting to go to law school, then education, then settle on Spanish Translation/Interpreting. So, I majored in that in college and graduated with a BA in it. The closer I got to graduation though, the sadder I felt because I realized that I wouldn't be getting a job in that field that easily. Which I did not, so after graduation, I got a job at a call center (which I hated,) then worked at a law firm, then finally got hired by the local school district where I've been for the past three years. This is where I decided I'd go down the alternative certification route to become an elementary school teacher. Is it what I always wanted? No. Am I sure I want to do this? Absolutely NOT. As a matter of fact, almost on a daily basis I wonder if I'm doing the right thing or wasting my time, but the more I think about it, the more I realize I have no idea what else I could do. Education is where the bulk of my experience is now and I'm in my late 20s so I feel like I need to just settle. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy it, and enjoy working with kids, but I'm also terrified of actually becoming a teacher. I'm afraid of failing and being a horrible teacher and dealing with parents so...I don't know what to do. So I'm just powering through and...we'll see what happens.

Sadly, I'm not expecting a child or much of anything else. I'll be on the road on the 24th and the 25th will be spent sitting awkwardly in a family member's home, 10 hours away from my home doing absolutely nothing all day. Fuuun.

I like it. I like living in the city, and it's not a huge metropolis like Houston, but it's also not a tiny town with nothing to do. (Though we get a lot of traffic and business from our neighbors across the border, and right now...everywhere is packed and hard to navigate through.) My only qualm is how hot it gets, local politicians, and the amount of hidden racism there is despite how people like to claim they aren't racist. But anyway. Despite those things, I love my city, and if I can't stay here once I find a better paying job, I'd like to stay in the region; the furthest I'd want to go is like an hour away, lol.

J-rock, Tejano, Norteño, Latin Pop and Rock, EDM.
Iwould include country if it didn't have its...share of underlying issues. -
Christmas break seemed a lot longer as a student.

Not even surprised. Supplies are constantly needed for the classroom and a lot of that comes out of teachers' pockets. Not all that motivating for a hopeful teacher, but I know the reality is going to be pretty damn expensive.

Doughnut by TWICE is such a lovely song. I can't really relate to the lyrics, presently, but it was like a warm hug; it made me feel so cozy and peaceful.
They've really become such a beloved group for me, I don't know how I never considered them so before.

Nope. I bought a liter jug with those markings for different hours throughout the whole day and I can't even finish that. I take it to work and never even remember to drink water. I even avoid it so I won't have to go use the restroom so often. So, suffice to say I am probably very dehydrated. No, I'm not proud of it. I need to fix it ASAP.

Morning Routine:
- Vitamin C Serum (Currently using the Physician's Formula Skin Booster Vitamin Shot; on the lookout for a better one.)
- Moisturizer (Currently using the Pond's Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle Facial Cream)
- Eye Cream (Currently using the Kiss Red E Anti-Aging Eye Cream)
- Sunscreen (Currently using the Kose Cosmeport San Cut Sunscreen Gel)
Nighttime Routine:
- Makeup remover (Currently using the Garnier Skin Active Micellar Rose Water)
- Cleanser (Currently using the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Face Cleanser)
- Once a week, I exfoliate with the Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant and the rest of the week I use a retinol serum I got a Dollar Tree because I was on a time crunch and budget (not my best decision, I know.)
- Moisturizer (Same as the morning one)
- Eye cream (Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye)
Occasionally, I'll do a sheet mask. I'm still missing a toner and ampoule/serums from my routine but it works well regardless and while my skin is not perfect, it looks just fine and glowy on most days.
