Kill This Love. I've listened to it over 100 times and it never gets old. I feel like it didn't get enough love from blinks. If you ignore the line distribution formula, it actually has a really pretty instrumental and it is still the girls' best vocal performance, imo.

Criminally underrated by AKP but the GP internationally loved this song. It's still their most streamed song on Spotify.

I think it is just for some agencies cause they can't simply aford it. A.C.E's CEO of Beat Interactive for example was damn broke and even said she can't efen aford to feed the boys when she payed rent for the apartment/studio as the boys just debuted. Even tho she was more as broke she tried to give the boys what she thought they deserve and so she almost went bankrupt by just paying to produce a album and MVs for it because she wanted to have good stuff for them and not just something. And you can really see that she put a lot money that she actually didn't had into their CDs and MVs. She is still very broke but less than at the beginning wich allowed her to buy the old 1 MILLION DANCE STUDIO rooms as her own company after 1 MILLION DANCE STUDIO said they were selling some of their rooms and she even menaged to at least give the boys a better apartment.

A lot agencies are like Beat and can't pay for almost everything. I heard of an agency who was so broke they couldn't even pay anything so the members of a group split up so 1 member slept at the company's only training room without even having light and warm water and also not having wifi. Another member said he slept at his friend's apartment cause his parents kicked him out and he couldn't pay to sleep somewhere else. The members said they were ver shook as around 6 years after their debut and being very failed as a group their CEO said he ended the contracts to them cause he lost all his money and even money he never had wich means that company got bankrupt. After this the members who spend all their savings to have at least 1 tiny apartment had to leave their apartment and went back to the same old situations. The member who slept at his company went to a friend and the member who slept as his friend said he was homless for some days cause he couldn't go back to his friend since his friend got married. He said he stoped being homeless after he found a new job.

Many agencies who don't have so much money don't pay much so they won't go broke and you see at some groups that if the company gains popularity and the artist sells more, than the quality of their work is growing because if a broke ass company spends too much at the beginning and dosn't sells much CDs it causes them to lose a lot

A lot of Ifans go crazy blaming the labels for not giving a group quality promo and productions. But that shiz costs a lot of money, it's difficult as hell for any music act to make money these days. If Ifans want to blame a company for lack of promotions, they had better be willing to step up and actually support their groups instead of just streaming their songs for free on YT or Spotify Free. I'm talking buying every album, downloading all their songs, and even buying merch and concert tix when available.

At least not romantic love. More self-love.

Long before BTS made headlines with their focus on societal issues in Korea, including mental health and the school system, Teddy wrote a song for 2NE1 called Ugly.

It blends a girl power anthem with simple, straightforward yet heartbreaking lyrics.

I've been obsessing over this song over the last few days, and it saddens me to find that it's not covered as much as it deserves. Why isn't it talked about as one of the greats that transcends its genre? The song makes me so emo, imagine an idol who's been criticized for their looks performing this song. ;(;(

    Totally agree.

I think Naver or Tencent or both had a backroom meeting with good ol YG. Told him that they need to start seeing a return on their investments. YG is very rich and has power and connections but even he's a peon compared to actual behemoths like Naver and Tencent.

why is Lisa neutral and the other girls salty?

The account said that the three Korean girls are friends with BB and Jensoo in particular are really close to GD. I cant remember exactly what the account said about Lisa, but my guess is that she's just not as close to BB as the others.

Just rumors though, i hope people just read this for fun and not take it so seriously. :)

Where is this rumor from? source please

An old account on curiouscat called @bppredict. But it closed a long time ago, mid 2019. They were like 90% wrong on their predictions but some of their regular rumors were probably true. People LOVE to gossip and talk.

This specific one about BH and YGE being enemies makes logical sense (Army told me about the time BB family and staff were shading BTS for plagiarism). Whether Jensoo or all of BP themselves hate BTS on a personal level is obviously just a rumor. I guess the only evidence of this is their complete unwillingness to even acknowledge BTS, and vice versa, on live stages (i think the only time i've ever seen them even look at each other is when Jisoo and V hosted some show).

Yeah, i think of all the labels, YGE and BH are the closest to actual arch enemies. The rumor account said that Jensoo in particular have a dislike for BTS because of what they did to their friend GD and BB in general, basically taking their BG crown.

Lisa is supposedly the only one who is neutral about BTS and the only one with whom we could have a Bangpink interaction.

    Lizkook lives on.

Pretty Savage is way better than HYLT. HYLT should've been a b-side or just scrapped, tbh.

The pre-release singles should've been PS and then BYW because it has the same summery vibe as IC. PS has so much potential for an amazing music video. Especially, towards the end with Rosé's bridge and the beat change. It could've showcased Black+Pink perfectly.

U krazy? HYLT is now sitting at 27 on Melon after 6.5 months. It's longevity is INSANE, it's outlasted every digimon out there except IU's Eight.

It's right up there in my top 5 dance practice videos for sure. Kiel got so much hate from Blinks for this, just like how much hate Teddy got for the song, yet the song and choreo both end up to be certified megahits. I dunno why Blinks were so mad tbh, the song is a mid tempo diss track with emo ballad verses, why were they expecting some fancy high powered choreo for it? This isn't a hardcore dance track like Not Shy. :/

If you like a group's music, you're a fan. Plain and simple. Not a hardcore stan necessarily, but at least a casual fan.

Casual listeners is a term i have never heard of until this forum. Kpopies definitely love to make up stuff lol. Terms like "overdancing", "clout", and "casual listeners" don't make no sense or are just made up.

Bottom line, if you're picking a song by a specific group like BTS to put on your playlist of 50 songs, you're literally choosing that song over countless MILLIONS of options for music. If a song makes it into the top .0000001 percent of the songs out there that you're willing to consume, you're at the very least a casual fan of BTS. I never listen to songs i dont like.

Ugh, no to Zico, Anyday was such a snoozefest omg. BS was solid, but Answer was the real gem of January 2020. Then we had massive bops Dun Dun and i think Dazzle Dazzle in February?

So basically she get a free pass at Cube, SM, Riot, MNET, and JYP. Do you guys get the feeling she will be one of the most productive female producer when she no longer an idol?

She already is. She's had multiple top 20 songs on Gaon already. No other idol currently can produce/write like this. She does it almost by herself with minimal help from others, you dont see 5 other producers or songwriters on her hit songs.
