I think she's tired of the physical toll of idol life. The Netflix documentary dedicated an entire segment on it, where Jennie basically admitted that the physical rigors are tough for her.

I think she's gonna eventually transition more to the music production side of things, i think LSG is just the beginning.

The holy trinity of visuals right now in Kpop for me is Mina, Miyeon and Heejin. How dare you make me choose between the latter two?

When the visuals are practically a dead heat, i look to things like their voices. And even then, both have unique and unexpectedly deep vocals when they sing, and Heejin actually keeps that low range when she talks.

I guess the ultimate tiebreaker will have to be their bodies, and i think Miyeon edges out Heejin just a little with her better body proportions.

But remember, Big 3 had dozens of groups over the past 20 years, huge groups like EXO, Twice, SNSD, RV, 2PM, BigBang, 2NE1, etc.

Only BP managed to chart in BU as rookies and in Hot 100 as a 2 year old group.

And what kind of US promo did they have? I dont remember seeing vids of them setting foot in the US in 2017 or even 2018 when D4 came out. Their first talk show appearance was late 2018 early 2019 IIRC.

For sure, it's not even a contest for me. I think Shuhua has a quirky appeal on the bts vids and Vlives. But she isnt close to a visual for me, whereas Miyeon is a literal goddess. There are times when she even challenges Mina for the #1 visual title.

BP is the fastest group to chart in the Bubbling Under and Hot 100 charts in Korean history. 10 months for AIIYL, and less than 2 years for DDDD. To me, this might be the greatest achievement in Kpop when it comes to the US.

BP is the most streamed group on Spotify based on per original song average.

BP also has the most ULs per song on Melon for 3rd generation (i think only 2NE1 beat them on the chart i saw).

Twice is the digimon of 3rd generation, no one else has 9 number one songs on Gaon Digital Weekly Chart.

Great discography, even some of their B sides are bangers.

Best performing group in Kpop., their choreo is unreal (although Loona is coming on strong gotta watch out for them!).

Best solo song of 2019 EASILY. It's a perfect fit for her personality, it's unique and fun as hell. Did well on BB World Digital Song chart, peaked at 5, which is incredible for a solo debut. Both her singles have been great.

Idols are kids in the prime of their lives, young, physically fit, some with fame and influence, others that are top notch visuals.

It's probably crazy behind the scenes with all the dating, hookups, and even serious relationships.

Lisa is literally the second best female rapper in the world. Only Queen Nicki outshines. LIsa has unique, unforgettable flow and delivery, she aint no cookie cutter Kpop or Western rapper.

Sunmi's version is way better though lol, when a song is as good as Heroine i couldnt care less if it's plagiarised.

Heroine is the best Kpop solo song i've ever heard.

Her streaming numbers among the GP are gonna be insane. She is the only idol in Kpop that can at least credibly attempt to compete against the titans of Kpop when it comes to worldwide popularity, the BTS maknae line.

Everyone hates on unique songs but those songs are the most interesting, at least when compared to more cookie cutter sounds that get boring faster.

Heejin is an S tier visual. Solar is attractive as well, but Heejin is just a monster. Plus she has such a great and unique voice, singing, rapping, and even just talking.

Out of the 10 members, i would say that Miyeon is the S tier visual. Soyeon is sexy, Yuna may mature into a great visual as well. I dont consider the rest of Gidle or Itzy visuals. But they both make great music.
