I had someone tell me that he admires my ability to get around without speaking English the other day. In English. After we'd been chatting on a bus tour for about 4 hours (exclusively in English).

Dear native speakers, English spoken with a foreign accent is still English. It's not a foreign language that native English speakers can understand through the power of magic.

Chances are other tenants are eventually going complain if he keeps up the strange behaviour once they've moved in.

I'd keep out of his way for now. And if things don't improve once the other tenants arrive, I'd explain the situation to the landlord and move out.

The trailer looked fun which I honestly wasn't expecting. They even seem to have done well with adapting the character designs. Everyone's immediately recognisable without being too goofy looking.

Nami and Sanji look a lot older than they should be of course, but I can live with that.

I'll be giving the show a try for sure.

I'm tall and skinny and wide legged trousers, like cargo trousers, are honestly the only kinds of trousers that work for me because paired with a tight top they give the illusion that my body has a shape. Skinny jeans and a sweater just make me look like there's a sweater walking around on stilts with my head poking out of it.

I've been wearing cargo trousers since I was about ten years old. So the past 15+ years. I love trousers with pockets.

Good to know I'm no longer committing a fashion crime - at least until they go out of fashion again next year.

I avoid the issue entirely by crouching or squatting on chairs. My feet don't touch the floor unless my boss comes in and I pull my legs back up the moment he leaves.

I don't know how people can stand sitting in a chair at a 90 degrees angle with their legs dangling down all day. It's so uncomfortable it gives me anxiety.
