The groups debuting are getting younger which I think is a bit of a concern. Seeing a bunch of young teen girls in a video is a bit disconcerting in my opinion.

So is my town. The river here has already burst its banks and at 9 metres, people have had to be evacuated. There is more rain due this week so fingers crossed. We've had lots of floods here before.

I listened to Attention but the thought of seeing young teen girls who are younger than my own daughter, I just can't. It's fine for other fans I guess.

Girl groups - they just seem to put out better music in my opinion.

I've been here for 6 years and forum did undergo a revamp prior to me joining, and then again when I came back after a couple of years hiatus at the beginning of last year. It's a bit like a shop undergoing a revamp, it's not always for the better and doesn't always improve the place either in my opinion. There should be more sections like on the original forum but I've forgotten them now.

I have considered it with Aespa even though I have only been a fan for 12 months. Their latest comeback was a disappointment and I'm not as passionate about their music nowadays. I might stick with them for now though and wait what the next comeback is like.

I don't know who they are, but they share their birthday with my daughter who turns 20 today.

I don't know as I haven't been a fan of them long enough to know.

Well as a person who has been a fan for 11 years, some of that is true. The music isn't the same as it was during second gen. The new girl groups I don't think are that anything special. Comebacks are disappointing especially when you have to wait 12 months or more for a song that in my opinion was a flop. Occasionally a song will come out that I like, but that isn't very often. Boy groups have dropped off as well. Having said that, I will always thank my daughter for getting me into K pop but even she agrees that the music today is "shit."

Ha! Nothing past 40, no surprise really.

No I'm not addicted to them and at my age that would be a little weird.

Yes, I've just changed mine again in fact. I do like to change mine from time to time.

It wasn't a privilege as such, but I grew up in an upper middle class family where my father worked away and was a good provider. Sure we had money and went on fancy holidays, but I appreciated what he did for us (well, maybe not then, I was a spoilt brat) but now I work hard to support myself and my daughter for all the things we want and need.

I woke to the news an hour ago. Olivia was our national treasure and icon and I grew up with her music and Grease. (We did the dances in Primary school). My heart goes out to poor Chloe. She was an amazing singer and ambassador for this country and she will be greatly missed. R.I.P our Livvy.

So has my town. The river has risen to 9 metres with all our rain and more on the way. The north is totally submerged and residents have been told to evacuate including local homeless people sleeping in tents in a park. We are watching. We have several floods here but I live in a suburb well away from the river.

I don't know of her.

when you write about tall, blonde and sunkissed I have to think about Hyolyn
Our ideal would be Aussie girls. (Not being racist, but that is the Australian image of beauty).
-
I don't know if any of them would here. We are known for being tall, blonde and sunkissed.

Even my mom in her 50's still fangirling now. ezgif-3-1bf7a52943.gif
she has been excited watching in the soop.
So am I but stopped a few years ago.

Girls - Aespa. I just really don't like that song.
