I can read and speak it but I'm a shit translator so I wouldn't be much help. Also with some of those accusations it is beyond my current abilities to translate properly. I basically read things for myself and if I'm confused about something I translate it or ask a friend if I understood correctly.

It's interesting BTS isn't on the list as a group, they are individually, but BP and New Jeans and a few others are. Inactivity can't be the factor as BTS did release stuff in 2023 and also BP has been inactive longer. Other additions on the list are interesting as well. I would expect Jennie to be individually on this list rather than in a group. I wonder the choice behind some of the picks. But it overall makes sense.

This isn't about BTS you victim minded people. They are literal fucking millionaires more wealthy than 95% of Koreans. They will be ok. Y'all are defending HYBE like BTS is still reliant on that shit or like even if HYBE did chart manipulation it would be on BTS and not on the management especially if it happened early in their careers.
If Hybe is doing fucked up shit it only hurts HYBEs reputation. You make this about BTS by attacking like holding Hybe accountable harms BTS. which again shows your fandom became exactly like every other fandom in the big 3, defending a shit company in the hopes of not hurting your group.

Army’s became worse corporate Stan’s than any of the big 3 Stan’s every where at the end of the day

This is the biggest tragedy to happen in Kpop in a while. Genuinely destroyed
(To separate myself from that other guy in this thread that is being a weirdo. I don’t actually think this is a tragedy. She can do what she wants obviously.)

I’m on MHJ side because it seems to be more entertaining that way

They want to honour someone who they feel is a global representative of their country. This is not about Koreans views on Kpop, which tbh is actually quite dim seeing how dismissive most Kgp are of idol groups., but specifically about honouring a singular group that they believe has elevated national prestige.
This isn’t really about this alone but a continuous issue with the Korean government where they seem to believe the best thing about Korean society is Kpop or kdrama. This is also the problem with their world fair bid in Busan. It was embarrassing because they just highlighted Kpop and shit and not actual cultural elements of Korea.

K-pop’s fans become corporate simps so incredibly quickly.

Sometimes I feel bad for Korea as it seems they think Kpop is the most important thing that defines their society.
