A well-known omission would be Sechs Kies, who won in the 1990s, 2010s, and 2020s.

Another artist that's missing is Cho Yong-pil, who won in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2010s.

The list is also missing DJ DOC, who won in the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s.

There's also the case of Jo Sung-mo, who won in the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s.

Probably the most obscure would be Lee Seung-chul, who won in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.

Lee Juck, who was proposed in the other thread by Lulu_Key, did not qualify.

That being said, the whole "across three decades" thing is a bit arbitrary, since we should really be looking at overall longevity, regardless of which year that longevity happened to start or end (see the case with IU, or even Super Junior, Epik High, or Davichi).
