Squid Game surpassed BTS in a week

I just checked. It’s an error. The yellow curve rather belongs to squid game. The peak coincides with squid game release date which was in September. Sweet home was released year in December 2020 so it makes sense for the rise in the orange curve.

They mistakenly switched colours.

That's the point though, isn't it? That's why BigHit and BTS have been strict about always promoting as a group. People are meant to know BTS as a group before all else and then fans will learn their individual names.

I wont download it either, but looking at the footnote from the actor list it says "x times the demand of the average talent in this market", now it doesnt say what or how the data for this is compiled, but ofc the most known koreans outside of south korea will be many times more searched/sought after than whats the average for all actors in any given country, given that a very small percentage of working actors ever get famous to any degree.

The Global Demand on Lee Jieun ad an actress is quite high. I don't know why, but since Sung Hoon, not considered to be a major star in Koea, is also high I question the veracity of the data.

I dunno about this.

Everyone knows two of the four members of the Beatles. People as young as say, 25, and as old as 100, know McCartney and Lennon. Most would know Ringo and Harrison by name at least.

But if you were to ask everyone how many BTS members names they recognize, i think only the under 30 crowd would be able to blurt out JK or V or Suga. And i bet if you put up the faces of all of the Beatles and BTS members and asked people to match their faces to their names, the Beatles would be 100x ahead of BTS.
