All lawsuits filed against Hyunjoo, her family, and her acquaintances have been dropped by the police as of February 23rd.

Hyunjoo's former group members and former agency DSP Media filed multiple lawsuits against her, her younger sibling, and her acquaintances for allegedly spreading false rumors on online communities, after Hyunjoo's younger sibling raised allegations that the former April member was bullied by her group during her debut days.

As of February 23, all seven lawsuits filed against Hyunjoo and party have been dropped by police without charges. Police have concluded that it is difficult to prove that the content posted on online communities by Hyunjoo and party contained "false rumors" with "malicious intentions".

Also, her legal rep announced they will sue people who continue spread false information about her.

Both sides came out with some really strong allegations against each other then it boiled down to "he said she said" over three trivial points. Police recognized that and that's why it was thrown out

Clearly there were problems in the group and Hyunjoo felt ostracized and unwell. The trainee system is designed to isolate kids and foster a toxic and competitive environment. Of course the kids are constantly bullying and fucking with each other. I hope they all do well and grow from this, because I still can't really say either was completely a victim or perpetrator
