I don't have cramps I do however have a big problem with my period
it is too intense i have to use post partum pads it is literally hell and i cant take it lmaooo it is life limitatin
sometimes when I have cramps tho my leg also hurts it's weird
I get sick too Ç_Ç
I wouldn't say it's as bad as yours, but I had bad cramps and very heavy flow due to fibroids. BC pills helped for a while and then I got my fibroid dealt with through embolization. I had a couple friends who had endometriosis. One had surgery.

It's not endo? Did they suggest anything? My sister didn't really have issues but she got an iud and that stopped most of her period and she had barely any period symptoms when she had it
The first two days cramps are the worst for me. By 3-4th day they’re manageable and I usually don’t need to take anything. Gone by the 5th.
However I also get sick (throwing up) the first day. Unless I have to go to work which is hell, I’m usually in bed all day.

not really
they suggested me to keep warm and rest for it

Have you gotten a second opinion. I feel like a lot of docs don't take menstrual issues seriously

Throwing up is the worst part
one time I had to run out of a meeting to the bathroom

I have! I also showed the results to my mom who is a doc
Mine used to be a solid 10/10 sometimes forcing me to skip school but thankfully I found a birth control that has done absolute wonders. It's only a mild inconvenience now that instead of lasting 12-14 days is more like 3 I highly recommend trying to find one that works for you and talk to your gyn about the possibility of endometriosis or pcos

I agree with this. Hormonal bc pills/iud help a lot of people. It's possible it may help you if you can find something that works with your body. Even non-hormonal copper iud may help

And it can definitely take a while too! The first one I tried was too strong and ended up causing heart palpitations then the 2nd did absolutely nothing. Third time was a charm

I should probably switch up my gyn, last time I saw her in person she prude shamed me and basically said she doesnt believe me
BC pills make me really moody and I cant do normal work, not sure about IUD.

Yeah you should definitely try to switch! Doesn't sound like a very nice person at all
When I was a little younger I used to get sick to the point of throwing up and I would get bad cramps. But now I just get cramps on the first day then the second it would be heavy and then it’s gone. It doesn’t last very long now.

definitely find a new doctor. You don't need that in your life. If you system doesn't tolerate hormonal bc well, it might still be okay with an iud with hormones since it delivers it more localized and I don't know if the nonhormonal one would work on your systems but the copper one is worth asking about. They ruled out endo and fibroids?
0/10 ... even your "1 out of 10" is to high
nothing really bad. Anytime i have had too many sugary things i just have a small stomach ache the first two days. How i deal with it? I just hope it goes away
have u seen a doc for it?

OMG same here... I went to 3 different doctors but nothing could be fixed! I take meds to control the days to at least be aware of the days of pure suffering
Im usually in pain for the first 2days which I would describe as three out of ten in terms of pain. On the second day it's usually a one . I just take a pill if I really need it and I actually prefer to work when I'm on my period cause I get too distracted to notice any pain. In terms of flow it's pretty moderate I just have pads.
horrendous. I actually can't handle it without meds because the pain will make me vomit and get weak. It's honestly a hysterical affair for me half the time.

Yeah throwing up is the worst. I know I’ve had times where I’ve just made it to the bathroom.
I haven't had periods for four years as I'm fully menopausal. I did suffer cramps quite badly when I was younger and actually passed out in class with them once. I just used to take it easy as they could have me bed ridden. I also tried to keep the sugar down as that could aggravate them. I'm glad they're a distant memory for me now.
I have PCOS so it breaks the scale sadly
Pretty bad apparently. Even the pain of shattering my elbow into so many pieces that it took a 5 hour surgery to put it back together didn't come close to what I experience during my period.
I've never had period cramps but for some reason I always get these horrendous back pains when it's that time of the month
9/10
Sometimes I get leg/lower back pain and cramps but I’ve gotten used to it. The worst thing is my emotions, I get extremely moody and tired
7/10 probably. its really bad and the first two days i typically struggle to walk. im in bed all day and its just so bad
it's not that bad, I think 7, I drink a lot of water and it gets better
When I was younger my periods were really really bad and irregular, but birth control helped with that.
Now there's 1 or 2 days where the cramps are pretty strong but I take painkillers and it helps a lot. My mood is still highly affected though, I get more sensitive in the couple days prior.
-1/10
i get nothing i'm golden
IUD is my savior
0/10 I've never had cramps *knock on wood*

surgery is on the table for me after i finish accutane ahhh
11/10.
it was the reason i missed school so many days when i was younger etc.
got diagnosed with endo almost three years ago.
now i'm on continuous birth control, i never stop taking it.
it helps but i still have the other side affects of the period, it sucks.
Thankfully I’m one of those who rarely get cramps.
10/10
extreme cramps to the point that i throw up multiple times 🙃
