The first TRIAL of the APPEAL concerning HAN SEO HEE's allegation (she is currently in GUILTY status , and residing in PRISON since November 17, 2021) of taking methamphetamine will begin on the (February) 25th at the Suwon District Court.

(Via OSEN News coverage, Feb. 4th) , an Appeals Trial is scheduled to be held on the same day for HAN SEO HEE's charges of drug management (illegal usage). In November last year (2021), HAN SEO HEE was sentenced to one year plus six months in prison for taking methamphetamine (during her GUILTY existing COURT PROBATION PERIOD from a previous illegal drugs offense).

Shortly (immediately) after the first trial verdict was stated by the JUDGE, (and upon her HSH surprise at being sent to PRISON immediately), HAN SEO HEE swore (bad language) at the JUDGE and created a friction event (verbal outburst in the Court Room at that time). HAN SEO HEE was (angry and) shocked (at her 1.5 YEARS in PRISON verdict) , and she walked away (left the COURT ROOM for immediate handcuffs and bus transport to PRISON) openly angry with the JUDGE as well as the other COURT STAFF present in the COURT ROOM at that time.

In July of Year 2020 (about 1.5 Years ago), during her (4 YEARS DURATION , dating from September 2017) previous Court Probation Period, HAN SEO HEE was detained at a Probation Center (HOLDING JAIL , not a full prison) after her Urine Test showed positive results (illegal drugs present) for methamphetamine (methadone) and psychotropic drugs. After that , she was detained (for about 20 days , during which a ILLEGAL DRUGS *HAIR TEST* = More Accurate Test , was ordered by the JUDGE at that time , July 2020). She was released , by JUDGE decision , after the (N.I.S.I) National Forensic Investigation Service (S.K Government LAB , *not* a S.K Court Probation Personnel Test situation) *HAIR TEST* came back as negative (showing NO ILLEGAL DRUGS USAGE for HAN SEO HEE at that time , early August 2020). However, the S.K Prosecutors (almost ONE YEAR LATER, about June 2021) , re-charged her (again) with (the *same* illegal drugs usage event , based on this FAILED URINE TEST in July of Year 2020 , with apparently UPGRADED Police Investigation information too) these same charges (from July 2020), involving HAN SEO HEE's (illegal drugs = methamphetamine) usage (as Prosecutor allegations against her).

In the First Trial held earlier (actually , a series of COURT TRIAL events , beginning in June of Year 2021 , ending in November 2021 , with her found COURT GUILTY in result) , the S.K PROSECUTORS revealed (alleged ???) that HAN SEO HEE took methamphetamine in June of Year 2020. Prosecutors said, "She administered methamphetamine by the method (near location ???) of a Buddhist Statue in the Buddhist image below in Gwangju around the beginning of June 2020."

(Note: There is PHOTO EVIDENCE of this Buddhist Statue event ??? ...

WITNESSES ??? ... Confusing on this aspect to me).

HAN SEO HEE (personally) , and via her Court Lawyers (during Court Trial) , denied the allegations regarding the use of methamphetamine. HAN SEO HEE stated (via her Lawyers ???) at that time (June 2021 , prior to her Court Trial beginning) that she was "in a position to deny the allegations (of illegal drugs usage)." However, she was convicted and eventually punished (JUDGE sentenced her to 1.5 YEARS in PRISON duration) ... (Note: HAN SEO HEE is currently in the PRISON , as an INMATE , and has been there since November 17, 2021).

HAN SEO HEE was previously convicted of purchasing and administering marijuana (involving also T.O.P of Big Bang K-pop Group). HAN SEO HEE was charged with purchasing 9 grams of (marijuana) cannabis , four times (different dated events) from July 2016 to December 2016, and smoking or smoking hemp in liquid form seven times at her home in Jung-gu, Seoul (and also at the residence of T.O.P of Big Bang group ???). On this (previous illegal drugs usage) charge, she was sentenced to three years in prison, (*converted* instead to) *FOUR YEARS of PROBATION* (so NO PRISON DURATION time) , and a fine of 870,000 Won (KRW = S.K currency money) , Court Probation (involving once per month illegal drugs Urine Testing , done by Court Probation Office) , and 120 hours of drug treatment lectures.

(Note: So , in a PROBATION VIOLATION determination (JUDGE finding) concerning her Year 2017 Court Guilty illegal drugs usage , by HAN SEO HEE , the *suggested* PRISON DURATION PUNISHMENT could be up to *3 YEARS in PRISON* ... The PROSECUTOR , in her TRIAL ending in November of Year 2021 , which this upcoming APPEALS COURT TRIAL event concerns this , *requested* for a (12 Months) ONE YEAR in PRISON duration punishment for HAN SEO HEE ... The JUDGE *instead* chose to have the PRISON PUNISHMENT duration be ONE YEAR plus *6 MONTHS MORE* = 1.5 YEARS in PRISON , for HAN SEO HEE ... It is NOT USUAL that the JUDGE would choose MORE PUNISHMENT PRISON DURATION TIME than is *requested* by the PROSECUTOR ... However , again , the JUDGE could have chosen up to *3 YEARS in PRISON* duration for HAN SEO HEE.)

Interest is focused on whether HAN SEO HEE will be able to avoid the prison sentence (or , more likely , REDUCE her PRISON TIME DURATION = currently set at 1.5 YEARS) , since she has been found TRIAL GUILTY (November 2021) on charges of using methamphetamine (illegal drugs , via her failed URINE TEST of July 2020).

Currently , HAN SEO HEE is also scheduled to be the *main witness* in COURT TESTIMONY in the now active CRIMINAL TRIAL of former YG Entertainment Agency founder and ex-CEO , YANG HYUN SUK (Big Bang , BlackPink = K-pop Groups) ... It has been stated that HAN SEO HEE is scheduled to COURT TESTIFY on three dates , approximately (Year 2022) March 21 , March 28 , April 4th (in that manner) ... I clearly remember the *first* date as being March 21, 2022 (???) ... But this could all *change* due to COVID OMICRON considerations ... In any event , it is likely that , at *all times* now , HAN SEO HEE will be transported to and from the PRISON via bus , wearing HANDCUFFS and LEG CHAINS , wearing a PRISONER INMATE UNIFORM , and accompanied by two POLICE DETECTIVES ... This was the manner that (past JYJ group , K-pop *YOOCHUN* GF , wealthy heiress) HWANG HA NA (currently in Prison for illegal drugs) was treated in her fairly recent APPEALS TRIAL event(s) ... I assume that it is anticipated that the HAN SEO HEE *APPEALS COURT* event (2022.02.25) will be finished *before* that she has to COURT TESTIFY in the YANG HYUN SUK Criminal Trial.
