SuperM did a show at MSG. Idk if they sold out or not but it has more capacity than Prudential center. Blackpink have also done 2 shows at Prudential center.

Prudential center has 17-18k capacity. Stage might take out another 3-4k. So I guess Ateez might have done 2 shows as well to sell 19k tickets (if ticket sales are confirmed otherwuse it might be just fan's speculation).

Anyways I'm not surprised at all. Ateez are really popular in the US. They were one of the top 10 most mentioned artists on Twitter in the US in 2020. Including US artists mind you.

Ateez has always been praised for their live performances and their fandom is growing really well. Good for them! I think kpop really boomed during the pandemic, and it will be interesting to see how other groups tour now too

ATEEZ has always been the shit! They kill it from stellar performances, great storylines for their concept which often has musical/drama like scenes in their concert performances that captivate the audience. They all sing live, have bangers in every single and album and damn good songs throughout their albums including great b sides all 8 of the members are very talented and have great personalities.

Besides their great music. They also are fucking hilarious comedians everything they do is exciting or chaotic or both you are always entertained they are never boring. The group also has broad appeal which gains them lots of male fans and many fans of every age group.

"They had 19000 seats at Newark and sold out. In LA, they also sold out their 17000 seats" --> This doesn't add up.

According to Wikipedia, they only did one show at Prudential Center, and the claimed 19000 tickets exceeds the venue's capacity. However, that same article also states that they did two shows at The Forum, and so the 17000 figure seems low.

I am kind of surprised but not surprised at the same time considering Ateez's music.

I just wish I could see them live. I have seen other atinys talk about how good they are live.
