Is Lisa more ethnically Cambodian than Thai?

I read a comment someone posted here that Lisa is related to a tribe which is related to ethnic Cambodians. Obviously Lisa was born in Thailand and is of Thai nationality but ethnic affiliations can cross national boundaries. For example, Kurds.

In the history of SEA there’s many autochthonous tribes. Thai people migrated into Thailand from south China less than a thousand years ago, before that it was inhabited by Khmer (Cambodian) and other groups of people.

Cambodians and Thai have different languages and cultures. Cambodians have lived in SEA much longer than ethnic Thai people.

No one asks "blood percentages". This is asking about ethnicity. For example, Nichkhun is Thai but he and others often mentioned his Chinese parent's ethnicity.

Actually Quora is considered more "respectable" than random twitter stan accounts that kpop fans take as the word of god. Anyway, I'm only asking a question in case others, especially Thai speaking people, might know more about in terms of the ethnic history in Thailand.

It's interesting finding idols/trainee backgrounds, because Su Ruiqi represented China in GP999 but she's actually of Hui ethnicity and Hui are for the most part Muslim. I know westerners are just obsessed with race, but people in Asia actually care more for ethnicity. This is why Koreans are very adamant about others knowing they are different from Japanese or Chinese despite being of the same race.
