BTS is the greatest act to come forth from Korea but given the way Inkigayo is set up it will be hard for bTS to have the most number of wins there.
Twice is now gearing toward foreign activities now, so it appears Lee JIeun's record there will stand for quite a while especially when she is expected to release something to celebrate her 30th year (in Korean reckoning).

IVE tasted the Senior Singer for the first time, although Ahn Yujin and Jang Wonyoung have plenty of memeories of Lee JIeun frustrating IZOne whenever they clashed.
The Second Generation is still holding ground against the Fourth Generation, and I wonder how long this will continue as she has no intention to allow the 4th Generation to set up themselves.
