I mean RV generally has really solid vocals along with most of the SM GG but it doesn't necessarily mean I like them more than say Twice or BP...

so if we're looking purely at technical ability then maybe Izone??? with 12 members and I think a lot of them being very technically undeveloped...so maybe them????

Idk about twice but did u hear BTS and Blackpink sing live? They DO have the vocals to back up their songs

it's not about singing live (which is why i said their songs match their vocal abilities -not in bts' case though because their songs are way too high-), both groups do not have very good techniques... just to mention a few: jisoo, jimin and taehyung.

their songs are not dependent on showing off vocals thats why

all of them cn sing at a decent levl and taeha and jane are really good
