HAN SEO HEE (HSH) , active TRIAL began June 2021 , is arrested
and charged (now) with illegal usage of methamphetamine.
She (HSH) was not present at a Third Hearing (Trial) ; 2021.10.13
HAN SEO HEE , who is accused of taking methamphetamine while on Court Probation , did NOT attend the Third Hearing (apparently scheduled for Oct. 13th). So , this (postponed) Third Hearing (Court event) will resume on the morning of Oct. 29th.
On the afternoon of the 13th, Seongnam branch of the Suwon District Court was scheduled to hold a Trial (Court Event) concerning HAN SEO HEE's (possible) Probation Violation of the Narcotics Control Act (appeal event) while under the supervision of (Probation Court). However, HAN SEO HEE was absent from the Trial (Oct. 13th) , so the (Third) Trial was postponed to Oct. 29th.
HAN SEO HEE (Court Event) was delayed once (before ?) , because she did not appear in the Second Trial in advance. (HSH) She was not seen in the Third Trial , and the Trial date was postponed again (to Oct. 29th).
(Added Explanation: So , for HSH , the 1st TRIAL event took place in June 2021 ... The 2nd TRIAL event took place in August 2021 ... The (postponed) 3rd TRIAL event is now scheduled for Oct. 29th ... Hopefully , we then find out more clearly about the New Evidence that PROSECUTORS claim to have it , concerning HAN SEO HEE and illegal drugs usage.)
Earlier (another Court Event) , HAN SEO HEE was indicted (arrested) on charges of purchasing 9 grams of (illegal) Marijuana on four occasions from July 2016 to December 2016. And smoking it in liquid , or drying it , seven times at her home in Jung-gu, Seoul (with T.O.P of Big Bang K-pop Group also involved). She (HSH) was sentenced to three years in prison, (converted instead to) four years of Court Probation (NO JAIL time) , $725 USD in fines (money) , and 120 hours of drug treatment lectures ... (Added Information: HSH Court Probation involved 4 Years duration of once per month illegal drugs urine pee testing. Which , HSH did fail an unannounced = 'sudden public Probation Court demanded' = illegal drugs urine pee test in July 2020).
In July 2020 last year , HAN SEO HEE was detained (Jail Cell) at a (Court) Probation Office (Holding Jail) after testing positive (showing usage) for (illegal) methamphetamine and psychotropic drugs during her urine pee test. This took place during her (4 Years) Court Probation Period (from her T.O.P and illegal Marijuana usage situation). After the detention (20 days for HSH in the Holding Jail) , she (HSH) was released from Holding Jail. And her (HSH) COURT PROBATION status (4 Years) was RETAINED (importantly). Due to a NO ILLEGAL DRUGS result from the (follow up) National Institute of Scientific Investigation (S.K Gov. Lab , Illegal Drugs HAIR TEST = more accurate) determination. BUT , a (NEW) TRIAL is (now currently) under way (active). As the Prosecution claims to have secured (NEW) evidence of illegal drugs usage (by HAN SEO HEE).

Added Information: IF that PROSECUTORS are able to prove to COURT satisfaction that HAN SEO HEE did *VIOLATE* her 4 Years Court Probation situation (via HSH new illegal drugs usage) ... THEN , it is quite possible that HAN SEO HEE would be sent to S.K PRISON for *3 YEARS* duration. The probability of a GUILTY outcome for HAN SEO HEE , is at least 50% , based on past COURT decisions in these situations ... It should be more clear *after* the 3rd TRIAL event , Oct. 29th , just what the HSH situation is ... So , just what that PROSECUTORS will be (arguing) presenting it , as New Evidence about illegal drugs usage and HAN SEO HEE.
More Added Information: On November 5th , HAN SEO HEE (HSH) is scheduled to testify as a WITNESS (B.I too) in the CRIMINAL TRIAL of YANG HYUN SUK (YGe Agency ex-CEO) ... About YANG HYUN SUK using *alleged* intimidation and even threats against HAN SEO HEE ... With the *alleged* goal , to have HSH *change* her statements to POLICE about B.I and his illegal drugs usage situation.
