My ulti group and my second most favourite group dosn't lip sinc so they don't need a ban :D but everyone else of your so called "perfect live singing" faves needs it
Either expect less complicated choreos or a couple of members singing the majority of the songs if it is banned. Both of which I would rather not see tbh

choreo doesn't have to be softened if the one singing their part is mostly stationary at that time while the others at the background do their choreo as usual.

No, because k-pop is very performance heavy and people will just move to hating groups for having "bad," performances. Dances will become less extravagant, and they will start having one or two members; probably the better vocalists, singing majority of the song and the rest will become back up vocals. We shouldn't expect idols to sing, dance, and look nice all at the same time. I think people are expecting to much from groups these days. So what if they lipsync, whos cares 
. And to everyone saying that it wouldn't affect their favs, sorry but I highly doubt that. Almost every idol group has lipsynced before and a lot still do.
My two favorite groups are excellent live singers so I'll welcome this decision.

Thats hard because Lip syncing doesn't mean someone can't sing, they could just be sick or focusing on a dance or whatever reason, however its no secret more than a hand full of kpop idols cant sing to save their life so that would be very awkward. I would support because all my favs can sing and love to sing confidently whenever they can! a good singer, loves to sing thats the joy of singing and making music for a job, doesn't make any sense if you're worried about singing your own music live? It's like being asked to readout a story YOU wrote, shouldn't be problem.
ALL I know is aespa, RV, BP, NCT, TXT, Ateez, weekly, Secret number, bling bling and stayc will be more than welcomed to introduce the no lip-syncing policy

Dreamcatcher is singing live despite of their hard choreo, so I don't know if it would affect them in any way.
I'm conflicted. The thing is, kpop idols have really packed schedule when they promote. The rappers and dancers might be fine but i'm not sure about the lead and main vocalists since they are the one who have high notes, belting, etc. On top of that a lot of kpop singers didn't have the technique to preserve their voices under such stress and schedule.
Kpop groups perform a lot more than cpop groups. The cpop industry doesn’t have weekly music shows like Kpop does. I can’t imagine having to sing live all the time for that long. I feel like it’d do more harm than good.

But 2nd generation used to do that just fine? I remember Super Junior (for example) promoted Sorry Sorry/It's You and Bonamana/No Other for literally months upon months and not a single performance was lipsynched. And it was the same for most kpop groups. It wasn't until late 2012/early 2013 that lipsynching to prerecorded vocals was introduced to kpop through Music Core and started spreading slowly until it covered practically every music and TV show where singing is involved.
My faves can sing live and I want to hear them live more, so I would support it. I want to see the K-pop world burn.
Now, more seriously, I think auto-tune should be banned in pre-recorded live performances. And they should also be explicit if it's live or lip-synced.

The groups I'm fan of the most have amazing vocals and harmonies and are well trained in singing stable live, so it would just be their chance to show that off even more.
I despise lip syncing however let's be real. Kpop groups have to perform day in and day out when promoting on music shows. You can't do all of that live without damaging your voice. That's why so many accomplished vocal groups still use lip syncing so much as otherwise they'd just have damaged vocal chords from overuse.
Also, choreo would become way less polished and intense and all the idols in groups with weak voices (and there's a lot of them) would end up getting less and less lines and just become back up dancers for the more vocally strong ones.
It's a nice idea but with current Kpop set up and the focus on a flawless, hard choreo it just wouldn't work.
BTS and TXT would not have any problem.
I think regarding the issue with more performances for kpop groups and pressure on their voice, I think it's better if they simply come and say that this performance is live and this is not live singing , just live dance performance.
In the concert maybe have live singing and some just dance performances to reduce the workload if they want.
