*Apparently* , in USA , a say *STORE OWNER* can decide IF a FACE MASK is WORN or NOT in *their* STORE ... In *general* , but there *might* be some exceptions due to *other* possible considerations ... But , yes , it seems ODD to me too , that a STORE OWNER could say REFUSE SERVICE if you wear a FACE MASK , and the STORE OWNER does NOT like that for some reason ... I guess the LEGAL view is as , STORE OWNER sets STORE RULES (mostly) ... But again , seems ODD to me , on the surface of it.
