Question about Xbox/PC

  • Hey guys, i'm getting my first PC pretty soon and i am wondering if i can play any Xbox games on PC (after buying them in the Microsoft store ofc)

I've only got a PS4 at the moment and have never had an Xbox but i really wanna try Forza and some other Xbox exclusive games

Basically just asking if i need an Xbox to play Xbox games on PC :)

    Thanks.

There are some games you can buy digitally in the market place that are compatible on PC. Here is a list of the Xbox/PC dual compatible games.

  • Sry I never had a Xbox but didn't you already answer your own question. I don't know what do you understand under the word Xbox exclusive but for me the word mean you can only play this on the Xbox and Xbox games are for the Xbox so if there no PC version of the game you can't . And when you need a Xbox to play Xbox games on the PC why don't you just play the Xbox game on the Xbox.

  • A variation of this question has been asked before :

I'm just now waiting for another new account to ask about Google Stadia

But if you're not a filthy spammer, sorry (although honestly, I'm heavily leaning you are a spam account)

On the slim chance you aren't, no you can't play any Xbox games natively on PC. You can however wait for Project xCloud which is Microsoft's streaming service and would be coming later to PC this year for beta testing.

Or search for Xbox Play Anywhere titles as games under that banner have versions for both Xbox and PC. You just buy it once on their digital store and you'll get codes for both.

Or Get Xbox Game Pass, almost all recently released games on the console as well as upcoming ones are also/would be available Day 1 on PC.

Xbox exclusive includes PC. The Xbox brand isn't restricted to the console anymore. It's an ecosystem.
