i don't think so. Since u have to be 20 to transition, and trainees join companies way earlier than that. And obviously companies would reject an idol that wants to transition. Hopefully in the future idols will be able to transition freely.

Idk about transitioning at a young age because idk how it is in Korea.

Harisu is an openly transgender idol. But even in the western market, there aren't that many transgender celebrities. In a more conservative culture and a smaller pool (in this case, asking specifically about idols), you aren't going to have that many examples.

Anything's possible but I wouldn't care if they were or not as I support trans people.
