Nuisance on the article's comments

Hi everyone ! I hope y'all good. Just wondered, why does the exact same ppl are no reported for example ''Mei_Matsumo" and "soriyama" for hating in their comments? cuz they are pretty cringe, why don't they disappear ? And I reported them... (I'm new as you can see.....)

Really ? Yeah but I don't especially ask the mods of the forum, it's just in case the website's ones could see this...

And I thought maybe if the others see this it may lead to a real debate about the "toxic" users and if we should ban them or nah...
