I think so, they hit 400M half way through the year with no comeback, if my memory is correct they got over 100M streams last year for comeback month of BD. They've increased their average streams since then and given the long hiatus from last comeback this years comeback month should get even more streams (also it being another full helps as well). If they can get a month +100M and have a second month ~90M 1B is very likely for the year, and since I'm assuming based off past releases they will get a repack this year they could very well have 2 months over 100M which would guarantee the 1B

They are doing a average of +60M per month, without a album release. So it's safe to say that with an album they will probably double this is a month of comeback and the average will increase in the following months.
