Probably to give 4th gen groups a better chance, other than the same groups which are mainly girl groups,I don't see other 4th gen groups charting well and especially with 3rd gen still very active it will be rare if not impossible for 4th gen to break out that shadow. Well that's why I think, who really knows

To help boy groups chart better. Because they're pretty much the only groups who will benefit from this.
I'm not a zombie streaming fan or defender, but that reform is still better than before, because we saw that charts in general were/are becoming boring. New artists have a hard time and that’s unfair, because many established acts had the same easier way in the past when the charts were similar… the ULT thing doesn’t help a music industry to thrive and that’s more important than just show what a majority are hearing, because they only care for what’s popular already and that can be the same songs for years (hence the ridiculous charting from old songs from 2016-2019… if they would have this system from the very beginning, they still would have charting songs from the 50's or so, lol. XD)

ehh as someone who actually uses FLO I want it to change; it shouldn't be all one way or the other tho imo. If a group/artist has a super dedicated fandom that streams like crazy, that literally must be worth something isn't it? It's not like companies only make money off "Unique Streams" or whatever.
Also having the top 20 be basically the same for months at a time as a user is just boring, I want to discover more new songs when I'm flipping through it. I do think UL's should have priority but total streams should factor in some way.
