Unpopular opinions about Lord of the Rings trilogy?

They're great films but will never live up to the epicness of the original Star Wars trilogy.

I'm not interested in watching it

I'm just gonna talk about the movies and since I'm not a fan, some opinions might not be unpopular.

I sleep while watching the first movie every single time.

I've never finished watching it for that reason.

I like the other 2 movies tho.

Also, Frodo is annoying and that's other reason for me to not being a fan of the franchise.

Aragorn is cool.

I might read the books someday tho.

Extended Editions will always be superior. Aragorn is the best character in the trilogy.

I don't think I have any unpopular opinions.

The Two Towers is the best movie out of the three, which says a lot considering how great the trilogy is. Helm's deep battle is one of the best and most emotional battle scenes I have ever watched.
