Soyeon is the greatest all around talent in Kpop and the reason for Idle's success. However, we havent seen how Idle will bounce back from SJ's scandal yet.

Bangchan and Eunbi have led their groups past huge scandals and led them to even greater success afterwards. I ended up choosing Eunbi because she has a much larger group to lead, a much younger group to lead, and three Japanese members to accommodate.

It's not just a title when it comes to her. Soyeon has a lot of responsibilities and she is a decision maker. She leads by writing, producing, stage directing, contributing to choreography, nurturing, and instilling confidence in members.

I'm sure she's quite involved with the business side of things too. She has to pitch PowerPoint presentations to the company and has to deal with money seeing as she's entitled to royalties. I believe she's the type that will ascend to a director, executive, or even a founder position in a company.
