my stomach had been killing for the past like 3 days. Its been hurting alot idek why. like it hurts but its not a cramp and i obviously dont gotta use the bathroom. i tried eating a bit less in case its bc of me eating alot but that wasnt it so i ate a bit more and that didnt help either if someone says im pregnant istg. uhh but if anyone can help please do

is the pain shifting? or if not, where exactly is it hurting (which side)? do you have any other type of pains?
Avoid fried, fatty, creamy or very salty foods for now. Eat at your normal times, don't change your timing/skip. Maybe have some aloe juice or lemon water or coconut water.

had stomachache for month, and went to different doctors (in my country it's for free) and in the end nothing was really found and it was probably because of stress.
In your case, if you didn't go to the bathroom for 3 days, you will have constipation. I would go to the pharmacy and ask there, in the most countries they can help you before you have to go to the doctor
