they do have a good basic visual appeal, i just dont think they feel anyone's particular niche, musically as well

still with all that + vote-rigging scandal they did this:

well visuals are subjective though...
just because one person finds someone pretty doesn't mean other people will
You need 1 MEGA visual with 2 members that can pass as visuals and the rest being very pretty. If everyone a visual it’s kinda boring
I do kind of agree but with 9Muses instead of Fromis_9. Idol School had some horrific covers, which was the only major thing it was famous for, and there were rumors about one of the members being a bully (idk if true or not). 9Muses even had variety members and everything, but it didn't work out.
Edit: More than just visuals, you need personality and difference, because that's what makes others stand out more. Lina, heck even Dana was one of the top singers of all of kpop but because CJSH was so talented as a whole, that unfortunately often meant that sometimes people weren't able to appreciate them well.
If Fromis9 was more active, they would be on WJSN's level. They were rising stars, but the scandal with Mnet happened and they were put on a long hiatus. That didn't help their career.
Yeah...there were so many setbacks for them.
They are still very popular domestically selling 50k+ their last 2 albums.
Also they are still young - official debut Jan 2018.
P.S. you'll need to start including Fromis when talking about 4th gen.
Twice and bp are all visuals. Theres a world of difference between them and other ggs.
