Not 4th gen at all imo, a good part of the nct dream fanbase come from nct which is a 3rd gen group, also nct dream debuted in 2017 with the same style of song as other nct units, its in every way a 3rd gen groups.

BTW if you look at 127 and Dream's sales progression, you'll see they don't share fandom. At least not all the way through.
