i added too much water to a cookie recipe and it turned into a sweet flatbread
I'm too intimidated to make bread out of yeast. The closest I'll go are biscuits.

Fresh yeast isn't really accessible to me. I've never seen it at any grocery store.

You can buy on internet
And yes it's difficult to see, and you may have to search 3x on the same spot to see it, but I'm sure you can have it
Cause bread is just flour, yeast, water, salt and maybe some oils.
It's easier than most of you may think
If you want to make bread without yeast, perhaps, you can try some Indian yeast free bread like paratha or roti. You can find the ingredient and method on youtube.

You may try using beer in your bread. I've never tried it myself but, I read it worked. You should add some sugar so it's easier for the yeast to grow.

I found some online, idk how much shipping is though. But like, it's also not that much more expensive to buy artisan bread already made

I tried once, but then realized after mixing it all that I forgot to add the other half of the beer, so it ended up really tough. Never tried it again tbh.

If the amount of yeast is too little, you have to leave the dough longer for the yeast to grow into the right amount.
Never. Too tedious
no
I made some banana bread before. It was actually good
Same, I've made banana bread and that's all.
I couldn't eat it but I made it for my family :)
