Personally, No all feet are gross to me, even mine. I don't know anyone with that fetish but it seems more tame compared to the ones I know of.
In terms of it being common, yes amongst the amount of people that answered anonymous questionnaires and such to get these results.
As to the reason why, that can vary from how feet look to the fact that they can work similar to hands for particular things.
