Well technically he went there just few months after VIVIZ Maniac release and at that point nothing seemed bad about the agency.

Honestly I don't know with who he could sign now. The only ones coming to mind are ASND or MODHAUS. I can't see him anywhere else unless it will be agency set up just for him. But if he was paying salaries of his staff then he probably doesn't have as much money now, to start new label.

I don't know but ASND managed to get Red Velvet Wendy, and also fromis_9. And they're doing pretty good. Modhaus hired lot of people so maybe they've also got someone from SM.
