How come 5th gen girl group fans in this site aren’t as chaotic as 4th gen fans were in 2021–2023?

Bc there is no top group from 5th gen. Every group is lacking in at least 1 or 2 areas.

I don’t think there’s any single 5th gen gg fan only, like there were with 4th gen. All 5th gen fans are either causal or multi fans with their mains being a 2nd-4th gen group.

I think the reality is a lot of people checked out with 5th gen overall because they’re too young. I felt the same at the start with H2H so I understand groups are too young so the music is limited. We’re also not seeing new younger fans anymore. Younger generation are not interested in kpop anymore (other than kpop demon hunters) which is why people are saying kpop has peaked.

This forum has been slowly dying since the mass exodus of fans that happened 2 or 3 years ago.

Even the really big groups from 3rd and 4th gen don't have as many fans here as they used to. This place used to be crawling with Armys, Blinks, Onces, MYs, NCTzens, etc. who would literally dedicate their day to making threads to hate on other groups. Gone are those days. I think there was a resurgence when New Jeans debuted between Tokkis, DIVES, MYs, and Fearnots (to a lesser degree), but that died down for obvious reasons.

Then, we have 5th gen, and I don't know where their fans are interacting, but it's not here. Maybe it's on Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, IG, or even YouTube. But there are a lot more places now to interact with other fans and discuss KPOP than there were 4 years ago, and I don't think this random KPOP forum is the first place people in their late 10s-early 20s are gonna go for KPOP news and content.

We rarely see any legitimate new users these days, so this place is running on the loyalty of users who have been here for years.

when one or more 5th gen group starts overtaking their competition and in particular the previous gen then there will be more talk
