Not her biggest fan but we can't deny she was able to write many hits for the group. That's an awful thing to go through, but I'm not shocked how evil these companies are. It doesn't matter which industry because these companies are designed to take advantage of creatives. I assume it worked out because of royalties for the song, but money isn't everything.

sounds sus. She's saying was sent to Seoul to work with YG and that YG wanted to sign her. Kinda hard considering she was signed with Warner Chappell (who would have been the ones that ordered her to work with YG) unless they told her they'd buy out her contract. Still, it doesn't make sense that YG would offer a record contract to an unknown (at the time) american rapper/songwriter (that was hired to write songs for his artists) when he already had a stable of trainees waiting to debut.

Warner Chapell is a publishing subsidiary. Doesn't mean she was signed to Warner as a recording artist

again the question is was any of it written in a contract or something that can be actively relied upon if not for court purposes but at the very least leverage
