    I’m sure I made a post last year about how companies will make their contracts sealed tight to protect themselves for any possibility :oops:


    In this day and age there’s no reason anyone should not read their contract for their own safety/rights. If you’re underaged guardians should step up or at the very least post it on chat gpt for unbiased summary before making any decisions :/


    Edit: I think it was discussed in this post but yes people need to take contracts that require signatures more serious

    K-pop contracts are notoriously known for being unethical and often dubbed slave contracts :oops:


    Suing companies has always been a thing in K-pop but it feels more common or mainstream than ever!


    I don’t know South Korean law so I’m not entirely sure what’s possible but I have a feeling companies will start including idols will be unable to take legal action against said company for the next X amount of years :oops:


    Basically idols will give up their legal rights once they sign. It’s made even scarier…
