I think you may be forgetting that Idols are humans. I think it's healthy for them to interact with others online like anyone else would. We should stop acting like they are perfect godly beings. They aren't, they make mistakes, have bad days, and need a sense of community too. So many idols and celebrities will tell you how lonely they are/have been. Hopefully the newer generation of idols can change that. Sure, at the end of the day it's not a "real" relationship, but how many of us feel a sense of belonging by interacting with strangers on the internet? Sometimes it's just not that deep.
