From what I have looked on the web, this is caused by a hand tremor.
Don't late for your meal, and drink enough water. I've experienced it with a bit dizziness

I advice getting it checked out by a family doctor.
And I also suggest not to eat too much sugary foods in one big serving, same with salt.
Keep yourself hydrated, water is your friend.
And do regular lite physical exercise everyday.

I have had hand tremors since I was 14. It doesn't affect my daily life and like you I eat and sleep properly. In my opinion, if it doesn't cause disruption in your daily routine it is not a big concern. If you have other symptoms with it you should see a doctor.
