Was it fair for Hybe to allow solo tours for Seokjin and Hoseok after the release of other members?

  • Kim Seokjin is probably the most selfish person in the history of KPop. (The subject I discuss all the time is technically not part of KPop)

He should have left BTS to give others a chance to tour the world and fight Taylor Swift and bring her to her proper place, but he refused to care about the group and other members and did whatever he felt like.

And, he chose to have his individual tour precisely when other members were released, showing a complete lack of consideration about the future of the group.

As a result, half a year was wasted for nothing, and BTS was powerless against the assaults of Huntr/x and Saja Boys.

It is too late for BTS to do anything since it is too cold to have concerts.

That shows a complete lack of planning and control by Hybe. I understand Bang is busy handling his own issues, but there are others in the company but they did nothing to remedy the issue.

Jungkook won't have a tour till he turns 30. BtS' concert tours won't end until end of 2026, although there are no suitable venues at Seoul thanks to Lim Youngwoong pandering to the local soccer fans supporting Korean soccer which is not really worth mentioning here.

I did not say much about Hoseok but he is little different. At least he did not do his tour when other members were released.

It seems Seokjin seems to be the tail which wags the dog in BTS.

  • What is your problem?

Is it physically hurting you that Jungkook has decided not to tour as yet?

He will tour when he is ready. Has absolutely nothing to do with Seokjin or Jhope. Initially Seokjin did not want to tour but he changed his mind. Just like he changed his mind about the encore. And if the other members felt so upset about it like you keep insinuating with your threads,

they wouldn't be cheering Jin on and joining him at his encore performance to be his back up dancers or to perform their solo songs. And if seokjin was so jealous of Jungkook's success he wouldn't introduce him as the most popular person in South Korea and ask him to perform his hits.

I know you're used to band members secretly hating and being jealous of each other. But put aside your twisted goggles for a second, get off your device and go touch some premium type grass

    And to conclude,

BTS will always make sacrifices for each other just like Jin made a sacrifice to enlist during December because he said he can't stand the cold. It was for the members. you can't selectively get mad when it's your favourite member making the sacrifices when every member does this in their own way.

  • If he's the most profitable, they sure. Go for him 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

But Bang is not doing anything for it

There is a fear , held by all company owners, that their artist might become bigger than the owner

Which is why JYP never really allowed anyone from JYPE from bigger than him, a tendency YG also held to some degree.

JK is the only person in Hybe which could be bigger than the company and Bang is doing his best to discourage it

  • Seokjin making a sacrifice?

he was born in Dec 4, 1992 so he could have dragged the issue till Dec 3, 2023 but did not do so. I do not think it is a sacrifice

he robbed one year of concert, and if he did not enlist Taylor Swift would not have become the Time Person of the Year in 2023.

Would the members show their anger when the entire Armys are watching? The OT7ers would have gone berserk.

No one really knows what is happening . They are in the showbiz long enough to know how to hide their true emotions.

  • I base my opinion on what the members say themselves and not the voices in my head or the opinions of other people

This is what Jin said and I will hold him to it :

“I don’t fare well in cold weather and wanted to go [to the army] in the summer.”

He also said he told his agency he preferred to enlist in May or June, because he hates the cold. But he didn't enlist in May or June did he?

The point is these are his words and I will hold him to it. I have more to do with my time than twisting his words or creating corporate theories. You see, it's very easy to be a fan once you take what the members say at face value. It's time y'all realise that you'll never know what goes on behind doors and it makes no sense trying to figure that shit out. As I said before, touch some grass and feel the sun on your skin it'll do some good.

  • 1. They've just finished recording next album

    2. Next tour will be after the album is released and it will start during nice weather

    3. Jin went on tour while everyone else is on hiatus

    4. Jin has enough songs for solo tour, jk needs to release new music to tour. Maybe he'll soon do both. It will be a long time till bts releases new album

What's with your always talking about taylor swift

  • Other members were waiting till his tour ended to do anything else

They could have started the tour in Sep, like Stray Kids, who started this round of tour on late Aug, and mostly did indoor and warmer Southeast Asia and Australian events for the rest of 2024.

BTS spent half year doing nothing.

And unless Taylor Swift's tour record of 2 billion is beaten, BTS can never claim to be the top act of the world, and even then it cannot destroy her being the Time Person of the Year 2023 which would never been bestowed to her if BTS had checked her back then

  • You speak as though HYBE’s empire fell at Austerlitz, when in fact it merely retreated from Moscow.

BTS didn’t “do nothing” — they performed the strategic withdrawal every overstretched hegemon must. Napoleon too rested his armies before Leipzig, and Rome paused its legions between wars; exhaustion is not defeat, it is consolidation.

Taylor’s 2 billion is indeed a triumph — but one of logistics, not of territory. She conquered stadiums already loyal to her banner; BTS conquered continents previously uncharted. The difference is between an empire maintaining its provinces and one that first discovered them.

As for Time Person of the Year — those honors are like medals after a battle: they commemorate who stood visible at the parade, not who redrew the map.

If BTS’s 2023 was silence, it was the silence of regrouping artillery, not surrender. Their absence created the vacuum that magnified Taylor’s presence. She rules a thriving peace; they forged the battlefield upon which she now reigns.

History remembers not who toured most, but who changed what touring meant.

In that sense, BTS are less the fallen Romans than the Byzantines — retreating east, reorganizing, waiting for the next crusade of sound.

To declare them dethroned is to mistake a winter for an extinction.

  • Austerlitz is comparable to Dynamite, which ended the Hiphop/rap revolution which began in 1991. I consider it to be BTS' greatest achievement.

However it was shadowed a bit by failing to eliminate the domestic threat, who is represented in the photo left of this , all because Suga not saying no to the nemesis of SNSD and EXO.

bts did not suffer a major defeat. Instead, like Alexander the Great's Empire , it just disappeared. txt fell way short of maintaining it, and NewJeans rebelled and that has basically ended Hybe's cohesion and also the group's cohesion, as seen by its lack of willingness to move fast to soothe the remaining Armies.

Next spring will see the final confrontation between BTS and its enemies but I will talk about that around then.

“Give us Jungkook’s solo concert, you HYBE idiots.”

“What has HYBE done in the past two years? Were you just playing?”

“Jungkook hasn’t done a solo concert yet? That’s shocking.”

“I guess he said that because he wants to do it.”

Why aren’t they planning one for him when he wants to do it? It’s so unfortunate that he went to the military at the peak of his career.”

“What was the point of sending him to the military early if they are going to let him rest like that? The perfect timing was lost.”

“Please hold Jungkook’s solo concert all year.”

“Why can’t he do it now? Doesn’t he have a lot of time now?”

Meanwhile, Jungkook enlisted in the military in December 2023 and was discharged in June of this year. Since then, he has focused on preparing for group activities rather than solo activities. He recently appeared as a guest with J-Hope at Jin’s encore concert, showcasing his live performances.

  • I am happy that I am proven right. The confirmation came from the horse's mouth.

I do not know how tied he is to Hybe, but when his contract ends, he should bolt out and there would be no shortages of outfits who will take him.
