4th and 4.5th Generation Idols with #1 in Melon Daily Chart

The acts which topped Melon Daily charts in the first, second and third generations are too numerous to list.

However, the decline of KPop is so great that there are only a handful of acts in the 4th and 4.5th gen (no 5th gen!) which topped the Melon Daily Chart.

Instead of KPop expanding to the newer generation, it is withering down.

The following acts did so in the 4th and 4.5th gen

(Golden is not considered to be part of a generation since it is not based in Korea. Plave, although virtual, would have qualified if it reached the Melon daily #1.)
