Anw, we can safely say 2025 is Blackpink. Now they have most year as No.1 gg in the history:

1. Blackpink - 4 years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2025

2. S.E.S - 3 years (tied): 1998, 2001, 2002

=2. TWICE - 3 years (tied): 2016, 2017, 2018

The rest couldn't maintained top position for more than 2 years. GGs game in Korea is that hard.
