We're officially one week away from a big decision in a year+ long dispute between the girls and HYBE. As such, I'll be making at least one NewJeans/NJZ thread a day.

What is your favorite NewJeans song?
Maybe mine will change when they release new music in the future, but it may forever be Hype Boy.
It is simply pop perfection.
The more I listen to the song (with good ear buds), the more intricate layers I find to appreciate about the song from a music production standpoint.
The song is just perfectly balanced. The girls' vocals flow effortlessly through the verses and culminate in one of the most addicting choruses in arguably any pop song I've heard.
As great as the song is, the choreography expresses the message of the song and personality of the group so well that it can't go unmentioned. When you hear the song, you see those moves. You feel like you're watching a group of friends hanging out and vibing together.
It's not a shock that Rolling Stone named it one of the greatest songs of the 21st century recently. It's no less of a surprise that 3 years have passed and Korea still hasn't grown tired of this song.
