That's not true. In 2NE1 fan spaces, obviously occupied by Blackjacks, I've seen people consistently express their concern for her mental health, with most hoping she takes as much time as she needs to get the help she needs.

It's honestly sad and upsetting to see Park Bom sending several very public signals that she's not in good place

It honestly baffle me to see that it seems that nobody from her close surrounding is trying to help her

Why they let her have her phone after everything she done

Please keep her out of sns, give her some help and once she feel better let her comeback

But her health need to come first

It honestly makes me really sad to see this

Cuz it's the first time i see an idol i stan in such a state

Bom was such a happy girl being exciting about eating corns in the past, so it really make me sad to see how she end up

Honestly though, both of her record labels she is signed to, keep buying her alcohol and then just shipping her to the stage instead of actually caring about her well being.

However, CL has also been open about songwriting credits being erased and having late or completely skipped payments so the issue might be real, it is just Bom is having issues being logical when filing it due to her mental health crashing.
