    No people just didn’t like ANY of their songs or performances this year. Last year when they were doing good with supernova why no hate train?

    I would be ok if people criticised lypsinging and quality of their songs, but it is much more than that.


    It has turned into targeted harassment.

    Both kpop Stans and knetz are constantly picking at smth what aespa does.


    Only today I’ve seen at least 50 hit tweets with dragging and slutshaming, body shaming Karina at W Event. Same with other members.


    They got dragged for using tone up creams and it got millions of likes on TikTok.


    They got dragged for laughing at an award show.


    And much more things that they got dragged for only this year.

    Honestly, I think it's what comes with success. Successful groups will attract the most antis and criticism. People are entertained with the fall, which is why these hate trains happen.

    2020 aespa got crazy hate both predebut and debut only until 2021 when they blew up with NL people started to calm down on them and then 2022 was their Coachella year along with GIRLS release and the Macy’s Thankgiven day parade :!:


    2020 - 2023 were challenging years as MY people really hated aespa! Lsfm hate train took over with their coachella performance etc and before that BP especially with the Jennie lazy/low energy and Twice encores, but between 2020-2023 aespa were probably the most harassed gg :/

    cara i have been in kpop since 2013. i don't ever remember this level of hate trains like in 24/25 towards ANY groups. specially the scale of it on social networks. their growth in the later years also gave a major platform to malicious haters.


    I remember snsd had VERY dedicated haters but this level of media harrasement? NOPE. and how constant and manifactured it is throughout the whole year? NOPE.


    and it all very conveniently and mysteriously blowed up after hybe's aquisition of ithaca the american tag pr firm! and very mysteriously the main targets are groups bango hates the most and considers as the biggest threats. aka njz, bp and aespa!
