There's groups i dislike because i don't like their music, consider them as industry plant with not a lot of talent or just don't connect with the members or the groups
But i never hope to see a group fail, i know that even if i dislike them they work hard and sometimes till they are exhausted
So i accept that they succeed thanks to their hard work so i have enough respect for all of this to not hope for any artist to fail

I would never hope for a group to fail because it most likely means the end of their career. Sure we all hope certain groups situation can improve but I think it’s weird to hope groups to fail. Also think it’s weird when people hope a Group fails because company they’re in.
There’s so many options in kpop, just follow another group. Also, if not a fan of a company , then just don’t listen to the music and move on

I think when it gets to that point, then the person needs to self-reflect. I dont think something like kpop should make you hope a group fails. The only thing I find fair if it’s a soloist, and they did something awful like Seungri.

Cuz if you're able to hope for people that you don't even know to fail
It says a lot about what you might hope for people around you that you know in real life
And if you really think hoping for people to fail you should really self reflect cuz it's speak volume about the personal angst that you might feel in your life
And often hoping to see other people fail is a proof that you're not happy in your own life, so you transfer your unhapiness by hoping for bad things to happen to other people
