### **CLAUSE X: UNILATERAL TERMINATION DUE TO IRRETRIEVABLE LOSS OF CONFIDENCE OR ARTISTIC ALIGNMENT**
**1.0 Right to Terminate.**
Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, each individual member of the Artist (individually, a “**Terminating Member**”) shall have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason, specifically including, but not limited to, a subjective feeling of loss of artistic direction, personal dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or a fundamental misalignment of values with the Company (hereinafter, a “**Subjective Ground for Termination**”).
**1.1 Exercise of Right.**
To exercise this right, the Terminating Member must provide the Company with a written notice of termination (a “**Subjective Termination Notice**”), which shall be effective immediately upon delivery. The Subjective Termination Notice is not required to state any specific cause or fact, and the Company hereby waives any right to challenge the validity or motivation behind the Terminating Member’s subjective feelings.
**2.0 Consequences of Termination.**
Upon the delivery of a Subjective Termination Notice by a Terminating Member:
a) This Agreement shall be terminated *ab initio* (from the beginning) solely with respect to that Terminating Member.
b) The Terminating Member shall have no further obligations or liabilities to the Company of any kind, including for damages, lost profits, or reputational harm.
c) The Terminating Member shall retain full, unencumbered rights to their name, likeness, and any future artistic endeavors.
d) All prior intellectual property created by the Terminating Member under this Agreement shall be governed by a separate buy-out or royalty agreement, to be negotiated in good faith within 30 days of termination.

The ironic part of this whole plot line is the fact he's the one who asked for the thread to be closed and then got banned for discussing the topic outside of the thread.

They should apologize and then they can come back and make music again. They are far too talented to let this go to waste. And I say this as primarily a supporter of Illit and Le Sserafim, but it is a tragedy to see good talent go to waste. I am sure they are all sorry and wish they could perform again.

Pricing is controlled by the 6theory office. I cannot make a change to it, I merely work on this side. I have mentioned twice now the discomfort with paying the same with no signatures despite it being promoted as one of the perks of VIP. If I had the ability to do so I would be more than willing, as stated in the thread when they were first removed however, there is no longer even an option in the system.
I understand your frustration with it completely.
